A great service and location without a digital footprint. The food was working, the walk-in traffic was working — what wasn't was anything that compounded. No brand identity, no social presence, no asset that kept generating attention when the doors were closed.

We built the brand identity from first principles — wordmark, palette, typography, and a tone that matched the room. From there we set up and ran their Instagram and Facebook end-to-end, establishing a content rhythm built around the menu, the team, and the daily life of the café. Awareness was driven organically — no paid spend — through consistent, on-brand content that kept the brand top-of-mind between visits. The foundation we built kept compounding walk-in interest long after the engagement ended.
